Morica Design supports World Wildlife Day

Marzo 3rd is the World Wildlife Day.

Now, more than ever, the time has come to act, to start implementing green behaviors and to grow in us a more conscious and sustainable buying propensity. The planet needs us, and we need the Earth, and the only possible response is to celebrate biodiversity by encouraging the search for solutions to safeguard it.

We in Morica in our small wanted to contribute to carry out this mission and precisely on the World Wildlife Day we want to shout loudly that the starting point must and can be the protection of forests, starting from our behavior. At all costs we need to protect the trees because they are our greatest allies in the absorption of carbon dioxide and in the reduction of the devastating "global warming" now underway.

This is why the wood used in Morica Design products is FSCⓇ Chain of Custody certified , CoC). In practice, we want to promote the responsible forest management and plantations tracing the origin of the products of the wood supply chain to understand how the forest has been cultivated, how a tree has been cut down and another one has been planted.

The fabrics, leathers, prints and raw materials used are all sourced from controlled and in most cases certified supply chains.
